The Gram Professional 25kg Shock Chiller is a high-performance, reach-in blast chiller and freezer designed for professional kitchens that need to safely transition food from cooking temperatures to the "safe zone" at high speed.
It is a "Combo" unit, meaning it can both Blast Chill (for refrigerated storage) and Shock Freeze (for long-term frozen storage).
Can be used for defrosting, chilling or freezing with temperatures ranging from -30°C to +10°C, making it ideal as a flexible backup solution during busy periods.
Once planned cooling is complete, the cabinet automatically returns to store the product at the set temperature.
